Where can I find a book or video for my Bowflex?

I recently bought a Bowflex home gym, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the exercises.

Is there a video or a book that has pics? I don't want to injur myself and it's hard to get motivated to work out if I don't know what I'm doing.
