The Bowflex SelectTech Is The Best Home Gym For Me

For some of us workout pro’s who prefer to use free weights due to our joints, a home gym is a bit of a discouraging wish for us. Considering that we need a variety of weights for our variety of exercises, a gym would be best fit. But naturally come the negatives of a gym membership. It can be crowded, expensive, and there’s always a line, no matter what type of equipment it is. Even worse, we have to travel a distance and waste time. When you are a professional this does not work. So when I first heard of the SelectTech from Bowflex I was immediately drawn. This is the smartest and most cost effective piece of equipment I have ever owned. I have purchased the Bowflex Selecttech 552 set with a 5.1 bench and stand and to be honest I never felt so great getting a workout. The ability of this equipment is great. I can really just dial the weight I want, pick it up and begin my free weights workout! With the bench I can do all the exercises I want, in my own home, without having a rack of weights that I would never be able to figure out where to put in my apartment!
