Replacement Parts for Bowflex Power Pro?

How can I purchase new "wheels" which go under the seat of the Bowflex Power Pro? They are made of plastic and the seat slides on them when you are doing rowing type motions. One of mine was damaged and fell out in pieces. I can't find out where to order new ones from your site.

I am also having trouble with the pin, which holds the seat in position, falling out which allows the seat to move. Any suggestions on that? I did recieve a new plastic part years ago for the seat but my problem is the pin working loose.

Customer Service Hours:
Monday - Friday: 5:00AM to 7:00 PM PST
Saturday, Sunday: Closed.

I bought a used bowflex online for increadibly cheap- missing quite a few parts. A phone call to bowflex's customer service number (800-250-7762) got me the part numbers and prices of the parts I needed. Always after a deal, I looked around on ebay, craigslist, etc. and found bowflex's prices to be better EVERY time! I called back and made an order with them, had a tracking number the next day, and my parts a few days later- with no issues. See for yourself, look around, then just call the company.

first I would look on craig's list for a whole bowflex and then dissassemble it into spare parts. There are plenty of then out there for less than $150.......if that is not the way you want to go look on fitnessrepairparts.com and search "bowflex seat wheel", they sell the whole bracket with a new pin and 4 new wheels for $32 + shipping...good luck on your search
