My Bowflex Xtreme SE Home gym

Hi I am gopi from Texas and I am here to share about the experience with Bowlflex Xtreme Home gym.

I have been using my Bowflex home gym for a little over 5 months and the results are great. I had been going to the local gym for 8 months and also purchased a small home gym with no better results.

I used the Bowflex Xtreme SE only for 4 months and I could find the great difference in my body. My strength has increased and I have lost nearly 14 Ibs and I have gained more energy than ever.
