My Bowflex story

Hi, we got our Bowflex sport a few years ago. I love it, so does my husband. I have not used it like I wanted to, due to unexpected surgeries, (neck, etc). I am fixing to get back to it. I have had 6 kids and even after the last one was able to get down to a size 7! I have not been there for a long time, and am dreaming of it again. I loved it when my kids were proud of me. I have a ways (should say weighs...LOL) to go, and am looking forward to getting to my goal even faster than I did orginally. My husband needs me to be working out, as he is pretty much a follower. LOL! He does real well on this too when he uses it.
