My Bowflex Review

A gift to my husband for father's day has been more of a piece of furniture in our garage then a good work out gym. Why? The problem is routine and getting use to the adjustments. I have read the manual in full and I believe routines should be better laid out. I will be attempting a routine again this week and will be working with my husband to assist.
