My Bowflex Revolution XP Is Wonderful!

by Diane
(The Colony, Texas USA)

I really love my Bowflex Revolution XP since now I can workout at home, instead of going to the gym and trying to squeeze a workout in between everything else.

With Bowflex, I can work out at home whenever I want. Since having kids, workouts have became difficult and there were years in between gym memberships at times. I have found that having a home gym allows me to workout more consistently and work out for longer periods of time.

I chose Bowflex because, although I love free weights, Bowflex lets me workout without worrying that I will get injured. It is a very safe way to get a good workout, and you don’t need a spotter. Life is so busy right now that an injury would really mess up things.

I chose the Bowflex Revolution XP primarily because it offered a squat harness, so that my legs and rear get a good workout. I have had good results with this. Also, there is such a variety of exercises you can do with the Revolution XP that you can get a complete workout each time and have enough variations to keep the workout interesting. The Lat Tower was a good optional feature, and I do recommend it. I would, also, recommend the hand grips. I use gloves when working out, but I found the hand grips to be really useful.

This is really a great machine and I will use it for many workouts to come.

Bowflex Revolution XP - a Revolution Boflex Style!

by Jamie
(Issaquah, WA)

My Bowflex Revolution XP story: I had previously owned a huge home gym that practically took up my entire spare room in my apartment. I had gotten it from my parents when they decided to upgrade to something else and while I was very appreciative that I didn't need to actually commute to a gym anymore, it was taking up my whole room and I was soon going to need to use it as an office. So I went online and was going to check out the Bowflex Revolution and ended up falling in love with the Bowflex Revolution XP and bought it.

I just finished my first week with it all set up and getting used to the machine and I absolutely love it. Its small enough that I can have my room back, and I can basically do every exercise that I was doing on my other home gym.

It was a little on the pricey side, but being how veritile it is, and all the money I'm saving on a gym, it pretty much pays for itself because I can do both upper and lower body with my Bowflex Revolution XP and thankfully in the privacy of my own now-office.
