I am using BowFlex Sport Home Gym and I am very happy with the results. Its more than 60 exercises give me a complete workout experience. I saw good results in 6 weeks, and even better results in 3 months. Of course, my commitment is also a major factor, still the equipment helps me in every effort.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to workout at home, instead of going to a gym ...the best money I ever spent.
