I am proud to own Bowflex Dumbbells SelectTech 1090

I am really excited to write this review. It has been six months that I am using Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells and I can proudly say that I am more than satisfied. It is like owning 34 dumbbells in a single dumbbell, simply turn the dial to the desired weight and it is done. Moreover weight range is quite vast from 10 pounds to 90 pounds that is good for all levels of body. The Bowflex SelectTech 1090 has chrome handles and a well designed stand that are good for safety. I have experienced its excellent results within first month of purchase. Its weight can be increased by even 5 pounds that provides psychological achievable goal when moving up and trying stronger weights. Bowflex has taken all the necessary precautions to make the workout experience quiet and smooth with these dumbbells. I have tried different types of exercises like lunges and curls using this product. I was given a free DVD that explains various exercises with lots of varieties and is found very useful. Their warranties terms ranging from one year to 5 years convey its long term reliability. Though I was given a six week return option in case I am not satisfied with the results, I have never thought of it even a single day. Rather I feel proud that I selected the right product.
