Enjoying Exercising on Bowflex Revolution Home Gym

Hi guys! I would like to share my views on Bowflex Revolution Home Gym. It is always delightful to share your experiences with others. I fell it will help you a lot also. I am a retired engineer in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. I live with my family here. On the day of my retirement from my office, my colleagues presented me a Bowflex Revolution Home Gym along with other mementoes. They know that I am very enthusiastic with my body fitness. That probably helped them to choose such a gift for me. But I was not sure if it could be helpful for a old person like me. But I started using it in my home one hour a day. I have been using the Bowflex Revolution for the past two months. The DVD Workout Video which came along with it helped me a lot. It is easy to follow. I have got considerably good results. For me it is not very comfortable to go to some gym outside my home. But I like to keep myself fit and healthy. I found Bowflex Revolution Home Gym to be a really great machine for keeping myself fit. If anyone of you is having problems with your body and fitness you should try it on. If it can help an old retired man, surely it is going to help you a lot. Thank you.
