Does the bowflex work?

It all depends on your own willpower, and how much you put into it. Does losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks sound too good to be true, well if you are disciplined enough to carry out the workouts, and eat correctly, its not to far of a goal. If you are like me however, you dont always eat right, and you have to motivate yourself to workout.
I love my bowflex because I can do the excercises three times a week, for about 20 minutes at a time. Not too much time at the gym, and im not tired and worn out after a workout. Im a big guy, and have some sports injuries that make it painful to work out with free weights like an olympic medalist. The bowflex helps me maintain strength, and build more, without putting the wrong types of stress on my body.
Im starting in on my 2nd "challenge" for another 6 week period. Its been a couple of weeks since I last worked out. I dont have the discipline that I really need to see great results, but that hasnt stopped me. After sitting and watching football, and not working out, Im realizing how easy it was to complete the first 6 weeks, and how much stronger I actually was. I lost 5 pounds! I gained it right back, but I did lose it! You could say that after NOT working out, I have realized how easy it was in the first place, and thats more motivation im gonna take to every workout now.
