The other positive side is the great variety of exercises available. They vary in difficulty and helped me reshape precise areas of my body, with minimum effort! I can also decide on the length of my workout sessions, because I feel that it's efficient even if I only work out for like, fifteen minutes. So I usually do one short session every morning before my shower, and sometimes in the evenings if I get home from work early enough and if I'm not too tired. Then I do longer sessions, up to two hours, on sundays. That's the other great thing about the Boflex Revolution: the exercises are gentle enough so that you never get tired! My Bowflex home gym totally lived up to my expectations, I'll recommend it to all my friends
