After I used my Boflex Revolution today for the first time - oh man can I tell you I was so tired but it was a good tired every muscle in my body felt like it had the workout of a lifetime! It was great.
I am sooooo happy that I invested in this great machine. I can't stop telling all my gym buddies to go out and get one and stop wasting money on their gym memberships - just take your membership fees and use them to get your Bowflex!
The name speaks for itself it is a total body revolution by far better than I have ever got at any gym.
If I keep using my Boflex Revolution every other day I know I will be back into the shape I use to be, and the greatest part about it is that its so easy to use. Anyone could figure it out, theres no way that I will ever go back to going to the gym now specially with gas prices being so high and climbing.
so glad I have my bowflex....
