The Bowflex Xtreme 2 comes with a DVD that is very helpful with getting you started. There is no need to go to your local gym, you get everything you need to be fit. The exercises include the following: Rowing, preacher curls, curls, leg extensions, leg presses, chest and shoulder presses, etc. There are over 100 exercises, so thats just a short list. Another option that makes these exercises even more awesome is the ability to change the angles of the machine to work different parts of your body. My main focus for the summer was to tone and build muscle in my legs. I did leg presses, leg extensions, etc and saw results in less than 2 weeks. The treadmill and bikes are some of my favorites, which helped with cardio and losing weight off of my hips.
The Bowflex Xtreme 2 Home gym is amazing and is extremly worth the cost! You will love it, guaranteed! I have reccomended it to everyone I know.
