Our Bowflex Blaze story - I live a very fast pace life, and as such; I never really have time to drive to our closest gym (over 60 miles away!)- And neither does my fiancé. With a wedding coming up, we both agreed it would be nice to look our very best, which meant toning up.

We had seen commercials for Bowflex home gyms, and my mother had one that she had purchased from a recycling center and loved. After browsing options in our price range, we chose the Boflex Blaze Home Gym and ordered one. It arrived in just under a week, and we began working out with it.

Bowflex Blaze home gym I was a bit hesitant at first, because like all Bowflex home gyms, the Blaze uses resistance in the form of power rods, not weights. I had only ever worked out with metal weights, and worried that I might break the machine if I were to pull too hard. Thankfully, that was not the case at all. The machine is very well made, and it provides enough resistance for all of the arm exercises that my fiancé and I tried out.

One of the best things about the system is how easy it is to store. We live in a very small apartment, and don't have room for a big clunky piece of machinery- the Blaze hides itself nicely behind our closet door.
