The Bowflex Sport Home Gym is small with high build quality. This is the least expensive of Bowflex model and it carries over 60 different exercises. It is well equipped with built in lower cables that help to do squats and ten other exercises. The cables on this gym operate smoothly and it provides a full body workout.

The Bowflex home gym can be folded to 3 feet by 4 feet. The adjustable pulley slots and versatile power rods give compact design to this gym. The machine has a built in leg attachment and lat attachment which tones out lower back effectively. The adjustable incline bench hits the upper chest and doing incline curls will be much effective.

The Sport Home Gym includes 220 lbs of resistance which can be increased to 410 lbs. It has a Lat tower with angled lat bar. The aerobic rowing can be performed by using the sliding seat rail. The leg extension and the leg curl attachment can be easily be done by this gym. The workouts can be performed quietly and comfortably by multi cable and pulley. It takes almost 2 hours to assemble but it gives immense pleasure when working on this.

My Bowflex Sport home gym was definitely the greatest investment I have ever made in myself. In the 3 months since I have started working out with my bowflex everyone around me, including my wife, have noticed the vast improvement.

My Bowflex Sport story

Hi, we got our Bowflex sport a few years ago. I love it, so does my husband. I have not used it like I wanted to, due to unexpected surgeries, (neck, etc).

I am fixing to get back to it. I have had 6 kids and even after the last one was able to get down to a size 7! I have not been there for a long time, and am dreaming of it again. I loved it when my kids were proud of me. I have a ways (should say weighs...LOL) to go, and am looking forward to getting to my goal even faster than I did orginally.

My husband needs me to be working out, as he is pretty much a follower. LOL! He does real well on this too when he uses it.
