My Bowflex Revolution FT Review

I'm so happy with my Bowflex Revolution FT home gym. Since having a baby last year it has been nearly impossible to get to the gym, and now more than ever....I need the exercise! So, in addition to walking in the neighborhood with the little one, I am now using a Bowflex Revolution in the comfort of my own living room while the little one naps.



After 6 months, not only am I back to my pre-pregnancy size, but I think I actually look a lot better than I ever have before. Having a Bowflex in my home makes working out a no-brainer. I just hop on and get in a quick workout, sometimes more than once a day.

The machine is solid and sturdy, yet doesn't overwhelm my living room, and the number of Bowflex exercises I can do are countless.

I love this machine and wouldn't trade it in for anything!
