I purchased my Bowflex Revolution FT Home Gym quite some time ago. At first I was totally intimidated by the fact that it was delivered to my home in four separate boxes. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get past the assembly to be able to use it to work out. However, after opening the boxes and getting all of the parts in order I slowly started reading the instructions and had the entire thing set up in under three hours.

I was pretty impressed with the ease of reading of the instructions. Usually I’m completely lost and have to wing it. Not this time. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Once my Bowflex home gym was set up I had to give it a try. I was impressed with the resistance that my Boflex Revolution offers. It is much harder to do a rep with this machine than with free weights because of this resistance. Which of course is a good thing if you’re trying to get in shape or stay in shape.

I would recommend the Boflex Revolution for anyone who wants to use it for daily workouts. I don’t think it would work well for hardcore fitness buffs, but for the average person who is spending money on a gym membership every month this would be a great investment. I am very happy with my purchase.
