Vertical Bench/Space Saving Design

    Bowflex offers 2 types of home gyms, the horizontal bench and the vertical bench models.

      Example

        When doing a bench press, a horizontal bench allows you to lay flat, while a vertical bench has you sitting up.

    People who a vertical benc may be important for:

      People who have a small space or want their home gym to take up as little space as possible

    People who may not want a vertical bench:

      People who want the option of doing: Leg press, Seated hamstring curl, and aerobic rowing


Power Rod or SpiraFlex Resistance

    The Bowflex Revolution, Bowflex Revolution XP, and Bowflex Revolution FT, all use SpiraFlex resistance.

    Is SpiraFlex better than Power Rod resistance? No, it's just a matter of preference.



Maximum resistance (210, 310, or 410)

Maximum Resistance = 210Ibs. (not upgradeable)

  • Bowflex Motivator

  • Bowflex Motivator 2

  • Bowflex Classic

  • Bowflex PR1000

Maximum Resistance = Upgradeable to 280 or 310Ibs.

  • Bowflex Revolution (300Ibs/600Ibs. for leg press)

  • Bowflex Revolution FT (280Ibs. maximum resistance)

  • Bowflex Revolution XP (280Ibs. maximum resistance)

  • Bowflex PR3000

  • Bowflex Xceed

Maximum Resistance = Upgradeable to 310Ibs. or even 410Ibs.
