As I said above, I have a heart problem called "Arhythmia". It's a sort of heart disease in which my heart will beat abnormally, and when it comes during PE (Physical Exercise) class, most likely I will collapse and should be taken into the school infirmary. At first I didn't know what triggers it, but later on I found out that too much exercise will bring it on.
Knowing that my heart problem could happen because of it, I started to look for a heart rate monitor. The Boflex Precision XT heart rate monitor caught my eye. It has a sleek look and is made by Bowflex, a trusted name in home exercise equipment.
It is comfortable to wear, and I wear it just like my wrist watch. Another bonus is that It also helps me control my emotions as well. Why is that important? When angry, your heart rate increases greatly. In my case, high increases in heart rate can trigger my Arhythmia.
If you're looking for a quality heart rate monitor, I recommend investing in the Precision XT. It isn't cheap but it isn't cheaply made either. I have tested it myself, and it is indeed a great a product.
