There are so many great health effects but the best one is that my confidence is through the roof and it has helped improve all aspects of my life. I have never been able to do as many pushups and I put that duck up in Oregon to shame.
Now when I go to the gym I have the ladies looking at me and the guys thinking how the heck he lifts that much.
My girl friend loves my new stamina and I can wait to show her again tonight. You have got to try this machine. It works. I may not have as big of abs as the guys on TV but I am real close. Give it a try and you will not regret it. It will be the best decision you ever made.
