I can’t imagine actually doing all thirty of the exercises, but I know that I found four or five that fit what I was working on and that I really like. My brother and sister did the same thing—but they chose totally different exercises!
One of the worst things about exercising is that it can get dull, doing the same thing every day, and that is where our Bowflex really shines—when I get bored with the exercises I do every day, I can try some of the other ones and see if they’ve become more fun!
