A friend of mine told me about Bowflex and how it made her feel better. Well, not believing anything I hear much these days I ignored her until one day I was at the mall and they had this Bowflex trainer showing what it could do. Curiosity got to me so I walked over there to listen. As I watched I told myself I got to have that and to make a long story short I have been using it for 4 months.
I feel better and stronger - my muscles feel toner. I am loosing weight, I feel so much more active and I feel better about me. I sleep better and I feel like moving around now.
I love my Bowflex and I am glad I purchased it and I reccomend it for those who want to feel better physically and about themselves. Words cannot describe how good it makes you feel :)
