The Bowflex had all that I needed on one machine - 30 different exercises. I love the flat bench and incline bench. It gives the feel of free weights on a machine. I can do curls with the same results as having an entire weight rack of dumbbells. The ease of switching positions and exercises was remarkable. I could go from leg extensions to pull downs in 3 minutes, and the 300 pounds of available resistance was more than needed.
