I was a little intimidated when I first sat down to work out, but the easy-to-follow instructions and intuitive nature of the machine made my first workout not only fun and invigorating, but enjoyable as well!
Some of the features of my Bowflex home gym are unlike any other at-home exercise system I have ever seen. In addition to the easy-grip hand grips on the pulley system, the bench is adjustable so that my back is comfortable when doing exercises sitting upright, or flat when I need to lay on my back or sit to do rowing exercises. Yes, that's right, I said you can do rowing workouts on this machine! In fact, there are more than thirty unique exercises that can be done on this piece of machinery!
What's the best part about the PR1000? Apart from the ripped body I'm getting, storage is a breeze! It folds up so compact that it fits in my closet, so when I'm entertaining guests in my apartment I can keep them guessing as to where my new six-pack has come from! Plus, with a five-year warranty on the weighted power rods, I'm sure to get a great workout for years to come.
