Bowflex PR1000 Changed My Life

My Bowflex PR1000 is an exceptional home gym which changed my life. Before I bought this home gym equipment I weighed 110 pounds, since I was shy to go to gym I wanted to have my own gym in my house and searched the internet for the best product that would be suitable for my place, through which I happen to find Bowflex PR1000. It was at an affordable price and it was compact enough to be placed in a 100 x 100 room. I workout about 25-30 min daily in the morning these workouts have had effect on every important part of my body. I was able to feel the body fat reducing after ever week of workouts. I feel like a different man after the first month and even my colleagues where able to see the difference in the next few weeks. Six months have passed now, my weight is reduced to 85 pounds and now I have flat abs and a very appealing shape to my body. Now the problem is that my old jeans don't fit--it is a bit loose since my hip size reduced by 2 inches. Now I got a girl friend and my colleagues have some respect for me, more than everything i am living a hale and healthy life thanks to Bowflex PR1000 for changing my life.
