I can workout to muscle failure with no fear of injury, which gives me maxium results in a short period of time. I do have Gym membership again, just because time is limited at home, due to an infant and two other boys, but the comparison between, you can get a good workout in the gym, but no piece of equipement can even come close to what the bowflex can do. If you ever need replacement manuals, equipement or parts, bowflex has always been the best source. No I am not affiliated with Bowflex in any way. I had watched the commercials like everyone else and tried their system. Have been in love with it ever since. I used to have one of those big gym station machines, took 4 to 5 hours to disassemble and reassemble every time I had to move it. I finally gave it away, and purchased the Bowflex, fold it up in seconds, slide into another room, or back of my pickup take it any where you want to go, and get a powerful workout. Thank You Bowflex for Quality products. P.S. My Bowflex was under recall, but Bowflex sent me free of charge all of the upgraded components. It had even been damaged in original shipping, with no questions asked Bowflex sent me the new components. Bowflex truely knows why they have customers and how to treat them.
