Bowflex Extreme Review - Pro & Possible Cons
Pros

How are the vertical bench models (Bowflex Extreme 1 & 2) different than the horizontal bench models?
The vertical bench models (Bowflex Extreme XTLU & 2) take up less space. However, the horizontal bench models add the ability to do: leg presses, aerobic rowing, and seated leg curls.
