What Can the Bowflex Xtreme Offer You?

Exercise variety - multiple exercises for each muscle group

Plenty of resistance - 210Ibs. standard (upgradeable to 310Ibs. or even 410Ibs.).

Tone/develop your back - the lat tower enables you to fully train your back with multiple exercises.

Tone/develop your thighs - the Bowflex Xtreme empowers you to do squats and also train your quads and hamstrings with it�s leg extension attachment.

How is the Bowflex Xtreme XTLU Different Than Other Bowflex Models?

The Bowflex Xtreme, Bowflex Xtreme 2, and the Bowflex Revolution XP, offer a vertical bench (sit up when doing bench presses) vs. the horizontal bench of the other Bowflex models.
