What You Will Need
How to Set-up Your Bowflex Home Gym
1. Configure your Bowflex to do lat pulldowns.
2. Remove your lat bar and attach your chains or straps (used for doing squats).
3. Adjust their length to about 6-8 inches. (Note: after trying the exercise, adjust their length to
whatever you find comfortable).
4. Attach your handles.
Chest Dips:
Performance Tip - To get a deeper stretch, push out your chest while keeping your head up - looking forward.
