What You Will Need

    A Bowflex home gym with low pulley

    Your Bowflex straight bar (the bar you use for doing barbell curls)

How to Set-up Your Bowflex Home Gym

    1. Connect your low pulley to your power rods

    2. Connect your straight bar to the low pulley - using 2 clasps should give you the right length

How to Perform

    (Note: Do you have a bad back? Please consult your physician before doing deadlifts)

Performance Tips

Need a stronger grip? Before starting your set, roll your hands into a fist several times.

    Starting with the tips of your fingers, flex each section of your fingers until your hand rolls up into a fist.
