As a manager who works long hours, I could never justify being away from the family long enough to join a gym. My wife and I were wanting to do SOMETHING to get in better shape. I found that spending 30 minutes a day was just what I needed to get my days started. I never believed that the stories about more energy were true... "Yea right, sweat and get tired for 30 minutes that'll make you energized to start the day." Boy was I wrong :)
What I found was the excitement of getting up every morning with a 30 minute Bowflex plan to change my body.
And 3 months later, maybe I am not excercising every day. What I have found is that I workout every other day. More importantly I weigh 30 lbs. less and dropped 4 inches.
It's amazing the effect that those changes have. I have also enjoyed the effect the Elite has had for my wife... She has shed 6 inches and just looks great!
