The Bowflex SelectTech Is The Best Home Gym For Me

For some of us workout pro’s who prefer to use free weights due to our joints, a home gym is a bit of a discouraging wish for us. Considering that we need a variety of weights for our variety of exercises, a gym would be best fit. But naturally come the negatives of a gym membership. It can be crowded, expensive, and there’s always a line, no matter what type of equipment it is. Even worse, we have to travel a distance and waste time. When you are a professional this does not work. So when I first heard of the SelectTech from Bowflex I was immediately drawn.

This is the smartest and most cost effective piece of equipment I have ever owned. I have purchased the Bowflex Selecttech 552 set with a 5.1 bench and stand and to be honest I never felt so great getting a workout. The ability of this equipment is great. I can really just dial the weight I want, pick it up and begin my free weights workout! With the bench I can do all the exercises I want, in my own home, without having a rack of weights that I would never be able to figure out where to put in my apartment!

I am really excited to write this review. It has been six months that I am using Bowflex SelectTech 1090 dumbbells and I can proudly say that I am more than satisfied. It is like owning 34 dumbbells in a single dumbbell, simply turn the dial to the desired weight and it is done. Moreover weight range is quite vast from 10 pounds to 90 pounds that is good for all levels of body.

The Bowflex SelectTech 1090 has chrome handles and a well designed stand that are good for safety. I have experienced its excellent results within first month of purchase.

Its weight can be increased by even 5 pounds that provides psychological achievable goal when moving up and trying stronger weights.

Bowflex has taken all the necessary precautions to make the workout experience quiet and smooth with these dumbbells. I have tried different types of exercises like lunges and curls using this product. I was given a free DVD that explains various exercises with lots of varieties and is found very useful.

Their warranties terms ranging from one year to 5 years convey its long term reliability. Though I was given a six week return option in case I am not satisfied with the results, I have never thought of it even a single day. Rather I feel proud that I selected the right product.
