Bowflex Blaze Home Gym - Blazes Me Into Shape
by Roy
(Chandler, AZ USA)
I purchased the Bowflex Blaze home gym with the intention of getting into better shape and getting rid of the excess weight I put on when I was down because of knee replacement. The set-up was easy and I was into a routine in no time. Changing the resistance was the easiest I have experienced on any home gym I have used and the workout was enjoyable. I couldn't wait to get at it the following day and haven't missed a day in 30 days now. The Bowflex Blaze has helped me shed that hangover and toned me up fast and I continue to gain strength and muscle and look better than I have looked in years. My friends notice and best of all I notice and have more self confidence than I have had in a long time. I will continue my regular workout and add to the resistance about once a week to increase the toning and muscle building. Whether you are a serious body builder or just want to tone up and keeep toned the Bowflex Blaze Home gym will serve its purpose and keep you where you want to be with a great body image that will be the envy of your friends and get you those stares from the ladies.

Finally I got my BowFlex Blaze Home Gym
BowFlex Blaze Home Gym
When I first saw the commercial of Bowflex, I was tempting to get it. But I was skeptical. After going through many reviews, I decided to purchase it. I saw great results in only 6 weeks. People who claim that BowFlex is a waste of time and money are the ones who don't want to work on it. I have to work on it daily to get good results.
The BowFlex Blaze Home Gym is a resistance exercise machine. It offers around 60 quality exercises and power rod resistance. It is best for beginners like me. I got a free DVD which make the workouts easy. BowFlex Home Gyms provide you with all the exercises required to build muscles and to get into shape.
The BowFlex Blaze is worth my money. To make the most of this home gym, remember to follow a good diet routine and be regular with your workouts. I mostly work out 3 to 4 days in a week and I am reaching my goal. I could not be happier.

Bowflex BLAZE Review ONLINE EBAY BRAND NEW SHIPPED TO MY PAD FOR 650.00!!! YUP IN BOXES NEW AS PER NAUTILUS SERIAL NUMBER. Awesome workout. H.I.T Dardington style til failure 1 set to failure. Hint. If you like dead lifts all you have to do is put the Blaze in storage "upright position" and hook cables to squat pulleys and attach SANS straps to the hooks and you dead lift nice and low right on squat platform. Works great. Made like a tank. ONLY let down is that 410lbs. is nowhere near enough for any leg pressing to be effective, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....pre exhaust with leg curls, extensions and dead lift then squat!! The Bowflex Blaze Rocks with PLENTY of exercises.

Bowflex Blaze

We have a bowflex blaze and I love it. The one thing I wish was different on it would be the ankle cuff for kickbacks. I don't like the design of it. I find it awkward to figure out so I skip that exercise. Other than that, no complaints. Machine gets used frequently.
I used to belong to a gym (I do, however, miss the pool) but it was too inconvenient. This way, I am up, and my gym is right in my home. Worth the money, but you must use it to get results. LOL.
