If you like dead lifts all you have to do is put the Blaze in storage "upright position" and hook cables to squat pulleys and attach SANS straps to the hooks and you dead lift nice and low right on squat platform. Works great. Made like a tank. ONLY let down is that 410lbs. is nowhere near enough for any leg pressing to be effective, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....pre exhaust with leg curls, extensions and dead lift then squat!! The Bowflex Blaze Rocks with PLENTY of exercises.
